In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened product for a replacement or refund of the purchase price if the following conditions are met:
To request a replacement or refund, please submit an RMA request or contact our Customer Service team. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. If approved, you will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with your RMA# and further instructions on how to complete your request.
Refund notification will be sent via email after the returned item has been received and processed. The refund will be done through the same form of payment which was used for purchase. Refunds will be completed 7 to 14 business days after we receive the returned item.
If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a promotional coupon or code and the code has not expired, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, and will be available to use the next time you place an order at http://rockstoneaudio.com/. Please note, however, that the original expiration date still applies.
Once an authorized RMA# has been issued by Rockstone Audio, please return your product to the following address within 30 days of issuance:

Items shipped by Rockstoneaudio.com between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 for a full refund, subject to our other return guidelines listed above.
